Association of Legal Administrators Announces 2025–2026 Board of Directors

The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA)’s is excited to announce that Elyssa A. Goldstein, CLM, PHR, SHRM-CP, of Rebenack Aronow & Mascolo, LLP, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, has been named ALA's 2025-2026 President-Elect. She will lead the organization as President from 2026-2027 following the completion of the term of current ALA President Amanda Koplos, CLM, CPA.

CHICAGO, November 25, 2024 – The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA)’s is excited to announce that Elyssa A. Goldstein, CLM, PHR, SHRM-CP, of Rebenack Aronow & Mascolo, LLP, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, has been named ALA's 2025-2026 President-Elect. She will lead the organization as President from 2026-2027 following the completion of the term of current ALA President Amanda Koplos, CLM, CPA.

Goldstein is the Firm Administrator of Rebenack, Aronow & Mascolo, LLP. She served on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Chapter of ALA for eight years, including one year as chapter President. At the international level, Goldstein has served as Chair of the Membership Development Committee, as well as on the Certification Committee and the 2021 Annual Conference & Expo Planning Committee. She currently serves as a Director on the international ALA Board of Directors.

Joining ALA’s Board will be incoming Directors:

  • Rose A. Jaworecki of Thompson Hine LLP, in New York, New York (2025-2028)
  • Kelli Taylor Sanders, CLM, MSLA, of Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, in Charleston, South Carolina (2025-2028)
  • Carrie Valenzuela, MBA, of Meagher + Geer, P.L.L.P., in Scottsdale, Arizona (2025-2027)
  • Lisa A. Waligorski, CLM, PHRca, SPHR, of Newmeyer & Dillion, LLP, in Newport Beach, California (2025-2028)

Carrie Valenzuela, MBA, will be stepping in to complete the unexpired portion of Elyssa Goldstein's term as Director.

These members were selected by the Nominating Committee, who met in Chicago to identify individuals who will fill upcoming vacancies on ALA’s Board of Directors. These members will officially assume their roles in May, at ALA's 2025 Annual Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee.
