Looking for Other Continuing Education Credits
In order to acquire outside agency credits — HRCI, SHRM, CPE, MCLE and CLE — please follow the below steps.
Please note that BOLD Bites, Business Matters! and Meeting of Minds sessions do not count for any type of continuing education credit. Only education sessions held Monday through Wednesday count for credit.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
ALA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. The total number of approved CPE hours for ALA’s 2022 Annual Conference & Expo is 72. This program is a group-live offering.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
The total number of approved credits for ALA’s 2022 Annual Conference & Expo by the State Bar of California for MCLS is 72.
Credit may be available in other states but cannot be guaranteed. In all states, accreditation is dependent on individual state guidelines and filing regulations.
To receive MCLE credit, you must sign in and out of each session and submit the Continuing Education Credits Request Form to ALA. Please view the form for submitting instructions.
HR Certification Institute (HRCI)
ALA’s 2022 Annual Conference & Expo program has been reviewed and approved for HRCI recertification credits. There is a total of 37.5 hours available across all the concurrent programming options, with a maximum of 11.5 credits achievable by an individual. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit the HR Certification Institute website.
The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the activity. It means that this activity has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be preapproved for recertification credit.
To obtain HRCI credits, you must sign in and out of each session (see sheet at the back of the room) and report each session attended (within 30 days of the conference) using the Continuing Education Credits Request Form.
