Registration and Fees

PREREGISTRATION BY JULY 14 IS REQUIRED!

The cost to participate in this virtual event will be $999 per chapter. This registration fee grants unlimited access to all members of the chapter’s Board as well as any committee member or prospective volunteer interested in attending. This opens the door for any member of a chapter to participate so long as the chapter has paid its registration fee!  

How does it work? 
Chapters are asked to designate a primary point of contact for this event. This is the individual that headquarters staff will reach out to if there are any questions regarding the chapter’s registration. Once that individual has been identified, simply submit the chapter registration form. 

Staff will reach out within two business days of receipt of the completed form and provide an invoice for the chapter’s $999 fee along with additional instructions that can be passed along to individual attendees. Prompt payment of the invoice is expected and can be provided by mailing a check to the P.O. box on the invoice or calling (847) 267-1252 for payment by credit card. 

Note: Only one registration form per chapter is needed, so please coordinate submission with your fellow chapter leaders.

Conference Photo/Video Policy

Registration and payment for this event gives consent that any pictures, video or audio recording taken during ALA and ALA-related events can be used for event coverage and future ALA promotional purposes. ALA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

Conference Consent Policy

By registering for this ALA conference, you are consenting to receive conference-related communications as well as inclusion in attendee rosters.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted via email to [email protected].

Substitution Policy 

A substitute from the registrant’s chapter is permitted. Please submit this request in writing via email to [email protected].
