Certified Legal Manager (CLM)®
Initial Certification Credit
All applicants for the CLM program must meet certain education prerequisites before sitting for the CLM exam. At this conference, one or more sessions will assist you in meeting the educational prerequisite requirements. All such sessions have been clearly labeled with the CLM logo.
This program provides the following CLM Application Credit
For the General Application Requirements:
* 1 hour of Writing Skills
* 2 hours of Communication Skills
* 4 hours of Self-Management Skills
* 2 hours of Information Technology Skills
* 2 hours of Organizational Development Skills
For Functional Specialists - The Additional Hours Needed For The CLM Application:
* 4.5 hours of Finance
* 3 hours of Legal Industry/Business Management
* 3.25 hours of Human Resources OR if you use any of the following for the general application requirements, subtract: 1 hour of Communications Skills, 1 hour of Self-Management Skills, 1 hour of Writing Skills
* 3.5 hours of Operation Management OR 2.5 hours of OM if you use 2 hours of Information Technology towards the general application requirements

CLM Recertification
All sessions at this conference, except the Idea Exchanges, BOLD Bites and Business Matters sessions, count for CLM Recertification. A Recertification Tracking Form will be available to track your credits.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
The Association of Legal Administrators is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
