Parking
Hyatt Regency Louisville makes parking simple, safe and secure. The hotel offers guests indoor parking at Commonwealth Garage, located on-site in the center of downtown, accessible from Jefferson Street between 3rd and 4th Street. The garage has a clearance height of 7 feet. Fees are as follows: 

Self-parking is $20 plus tax per day, per vehicle, overnight.

Valet parking is $29 plus tax per day, per vehicle, overnight or $20 plus tax for the day.

Air Travel

Louisville International Airport (SDF) is 8 miles from the hotel. The following airlines offer a discount for ALA attendees:


For travel between July 22 and July 30, American Airlines offers discounts for group travel. When making your reservation online at aa.com, please enter 5779DE as the Promotion Code. You may also contact the Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790, although please note that a service charge may apply.

Receive up to 10% off your airfare at delta.com if you travel between July 20 and August 1. On the Search Flights page, select Book Your Flight, click on Advanced Search and enter code NY2KX in the box. Reservations may also be made by calling Delta Meeting Reservations at 1-800-328-1111 Monday–Friday between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Central. (Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via the reservation 800 number.)

You may also call United Meeting Reservation Desk at 1-800-426-1122 Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Eastern, and Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations. Please note that to receive the discount, travel must be booked between July 22 and July 30.

Ground Transportation

While Louisville doesn’t have a shuttle system per se, there are plenty of taxicabs and ride-share options available.

Taxi service to and from Louisville International Airport is approximately $20–$25 each way, plus gratuity, for up to four in a cab.

Lyft and Uber are estimated at $18–$20 each way, exclusive of gratuity, depending on time of day and expected traffic.

Transportation Options to Louisville:

• Amtrak Train Station: 15 miles from the hotel
• Greyhound Bus Station: Access to the bus station is five blocks away from the hotel
• City Bus Service: Access to the bus station is outside of the hotel
