Tuesday, December 8: Managing Risk

Speaker: Chester D. White, RPLU ARM, Senior Vice President and Executive Director for Commercial Risk Solutions, Professional Services, at Aon Risk Services Northeast, Inc.

10–11:15 a.m.	White will lead a panel of his colleagues in the field of risk management. For this session, they will consider how to mitigate the risks that surface in regards to law firm staff.
2–3:15 p.m.	In the afternoon, the panel will take on the topics of safeguarding law firm and client information.

Wednesday, December 9: Remote Working

Speakers: Jennifer Cameron, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder for Blend Me, Inc. and Kaleem Clarkson, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder for Blend Me, Inc.

10–11:15 a.m.	Blend Me, Inc. consults with startups and small businesses to improve the remote employee experience. Their services include Onboarding Strategy and Design, Inclusion and Diversity, Employee Research and Engagement, Internal Marketing and Communications. In the morning session, Jennifer and Kaleem will detail strategies for effectively managing remote teams.
2–3:15 p.m.	In the afternoon session they will discuss the future implications for your firm regarding the move to remote work. Whether your firm is deciding to shift to remote work temporarily or permanently, you will need to consider the advantages and challenges around things like workplace flexibility, communication strategies, and potential savings on overhead expenses in each of the telework options.

Thursday, December 10: Mastering Resilience

Speaker: Jane Bishop, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Take the Next Step

10–11:15 a.m.	Bishop provides coaching, consulting and training services that empower individuals and organizations. In this session, she will focus on mastering resilience on a personal level, which will help participants become more successful on multiple planes.
3–4:15 p.m. (note later time than Tuesday and Wednesday)	In this afternoon session, Bishop will help leaders craft a plan for developing organizational resilience. Your law firm may have survived the pandemic, but what if it was set up to thrive in spite of current events?
