Reservations can be made, modified or canceled by using the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch online reservation tool. Should additional reservation assistance be required, please call 1-800-233-1234.

All reservations must be made by June 24 to receive the following contracted room rates:

Check-in: 4 p.m.
Checkout: 11 a.m.

Parking
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch makes parking in downtown St. Louis simple and safe with valet parking, as well as a self-parking lot with limited availability. For additional parking in nearby garages, contact 314-621-1600. Fees are as follows: 

Self-parking is $30 plus tax per day, per vehicle, overnight.

Valet parking is $40 plus tax per day, per vehicle, overnight or $20 plus tax for the day.

Air Travel

St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is 14 miles from the hotel. The following airlines offer a discount for ALA attendees:

For travel July 12–20, 2021 to CLI, American Airlines now offers discounts for group travel. When making your reservation online at aa.com please enter Promotion Code 2371EL and Business Extra number 822850. You may also contact the Meeting Services Desk at 800-433-1790; no service fee will apply.

Receive up to 10% off your airfare at delta.com if you travel July 10–22, 2021. On the Search Flights page, select Book Your Flight, click on Advanced Search and enter code NMUPM in the box. Reservations may also be made by calling Delta Meeting Reservations at 800-328-1111 Monday–Friday between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Central, with no service fee.

We have also partnered with United Airlines to offer travel discounts to our event if you are traveling between July 12–20, 2021. You may also call United Meeting Reservation Desk at 800-426-1122 Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Eastern and Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations.  

Ground Transportation

While St. Louis doesn’t have a shuttle system per se, there are plenty of taxicabs and ride-share options available.

Transportation Options to St. Louis:

• Amtrak Train Station: 1.5 miles from the hotel
• Greyhound Bus Station: 1.5 miles from the hotel
